1. Service

DatingShot ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered photo generation service that creates dating profile photos based on selfies you upload. By using this service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By uploading photos you confirm that:

• You are the sole person depicted in all uploaded photos
• You have full rights to use those images
• You are at least 18 years of age

3. Payment

The Pro plan is $19.00 USD, one-time, with no recurring charges. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied — no questions asked. Email support@datingshot.com.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously:

• Original selfies are deleted within 1 hour of generation completing
• Generated photos are stored for 7 days then permanently deleted
• Your email is used only for transactional messages related to your order
• We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any other purpose

5. Acceptable Use

You may use generated photos for personal dating profile purposes. You may not use them to:

• Impersonate another person or create misleading identity
• Create content that is harmful, defamatory, or illegal
• Resell or redistribute generated photos commercially
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original selfies. Generated photos are provided to you for personal use. DatingShot retains no rights to the generated content after delivery.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In cases of generation failure you will not be charged, or will receive a full refund if already charged.

8. Disclaimer

DatingShot is provided "as is." We do not guarantee a specific number of dating matches or outcomes from using the generated photos. Results may vary based on the quality of uploaded selfies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DatingShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
